  • The Huntington Loft is located at 358 New York Avenue in the heart of Huntington Village, on the second floor above Parea Restaurant.

  • Street parking is available. Huntington's municipal parking lots are nearby.

  • The Huntington Loft has a capacity of 50 guests.

  • You can book a site visit directly on our website. You also have the option to add on on a free event consultation to discuss the details of your event with a member of our team, where we will guide you through everything you need to throw a beautiful event at the loft.

  • The Huntington Loft does not offer food. You can bring your home-cooked food, bring in food from your favorite restaurant, or hire a licensed caterer. We partner with some amazing food vendors that can be found on our preferred vendor list.

    Food must be pre-cooked before arriving on site as there is no on-site cooking. Use of our onsite warming kitchen is included with every rental, which includes:

    • Three Compartment Sink

    • Hand Sink

    • Ice Machine

    • Refrigerator

    • Freezer

    • Commercial Dish Washer

    • Warming Tower

    • Stainless Steel Prep Tables

  • You are responsible for returning the space in the same condition in which it was provided. You are responsible for disposing of or removing all remaining food and any other items you brought into the space.

    We will charge a $75 minimum fee for any necessary cleaning of leftover mess, and up to $200 for any excessive cleaning and/or repainting resulting from damage to the space.

  • We do not allow anything to be shipped to or dropped off at our venue until your contractual time frame begins. Our rental times include setup and breakdown times.

  • Confetti, rice, glitter, sparklers, and smoke machines are not allowed. Nothing can be stuck directly to the walls, or affixed to the walls. Candles must be contained in a cup or hurricane vase.

  • Setup and breakdown times are included in our 6-hour and full-day rentals.

  • All bookings are non-refundable. Reservations can be rescheduled once. Any cancellation or rescheduling outside of these terms is subject to our discretion.
